These terms govern your use of Face32: Draw Poker (“the game”), published by SHB Studio Games (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
You must be 18 or older. The game asks you to confirm this the first time it opens, and confirming it falsely is a breach of these terms.
Face32 is a social game offered for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling and it does not offer any opportunity to win real money or prizes. Chips, and everything else inside the game, are a licence to use a feature of the game and are not property, currency or a store of value. They cannot be won, cashed out, exchanged, sold, transferred outside the game or redeemed for anything of value. Practice or success at social gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Chip packages may be bought inside the game. Every purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; we never handle your payment details. All purchases are final, and chips are consumed within this game alone. Refunds are at the discretion of the store you bought from — use Report a Problem in your App Store account or the order history in Google Play. We can help you chase a refund, but we cannot issue one.
Prices may change, and chip packages, promotions and rewards may be added, altered or withdrawn at any time.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game for your own entertainment. The game, its artwork, portraits, sounds, text and code remain ours or our licensors'.
We may remove chips obtained in breach of these terms, and we may suspend or end your access to the game if you break them. Chips lost that way are not refunded.
You can mute, report and block any seat at the table. We review reports and act on them, but we do not undertake to monitor every hand, and we are not responsible for what other players say or do.
The game is provided as it is. Features may change, and the game or parts of it may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee that play will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that data stored on your device will survive a device failure, a reinstall or an operating-system change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost chips or progress, or for any amount greater than what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and you may have consumer rights in your country that these terms do not affect.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
