Please include your in-game name and the device you play on. If you are writing about a purchase, add the store receipt or order number.
Chips are credited by the store's purchase receipt, so re-opening the game usually delivers them. If they are still missing, email us with the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt and we will put it right.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google, and only they can issue a refund. Use Report a Problem in your App Store account, or the order history in Google Play. Tell us as well and we will help you chase it.
The game has a Delete my data control in Menu → ACCOUNT, which erases your profile and progress from the device. If you would rather we did it, email the address above with the request and your in-game name.
Every seat at the table can be muted, reported and blocked from the seat itself. Reports reach us with the hand attached, so you do not have to explain what happened.
