The one rule that changes everything
Take twenty cards out of the deck and the odds are no longer the odds you memorised. In a 32-card deck a flush is the harder hand to make, so the ranking follows the odds rather than habit.

A full house lands six and a half times more often than a flush once the twos through sixes are gone — so here the flush is the rarer hand, and the rarer hand ranks higher. On a 52-card deck the same two numbers sit the other way round: a flush about 1 in 509 deals, a full house 1 in 694. Face32 does not change poker; the deck already did.
It is the only place Face32 departs from standard poker order — deliberately, and it is printed on the table so nobody learns it the expensive way.
The deck
Seven through Ace, four suits, thirty-two cards. Every hand starts with something worth thinking about, and there is no ace-low — the lowest straight in the game is 7-8-9-10-J.
The opening
A pair of Kings or better earns the right to open the betting — and it is a right, not a duty. Sandbagging is legal, and good players use it. The opening bet is exactly the size of the pot; after that there is no cap at all, and everyone still in, including the players who passed, may call, raise or move all in.
Nobody opens? Everybody antes again, the cards are redealt, and the pot carries over. Pots get frightening quickly.
Whoever opened may not break the combination that earned them the right. Two pair with kings can shed the low pair; a pair of aces cannot throw an ace away to chase a flush. A raise lifts the lock — once you are raised you are free to split and chase.
The squeeze
Exchange exactly one card and it comes back face down. Drag it clear with your thumb the way you edge one card out from under another, and read it slowly. Ignore it and it turns itself over on its own.
Not everyone wants the theatre. One switch in Settings and the card simply arrives face up.
Face to face
You see who called you, who folded instantly, and who has gone quiet for three hands. Mute anyone you like; report and block anyone you do not.
