Deleting your account
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This page is for Face32: Draw Poker, published by SHB Studio Games. It explains how to delete your account, what is deleted, and what is kept.
You only have an account if you chose to create one. Face32 can be played as a guest for as long as you like, and a guest is never asked for an email address.
A guest still has a player record, and it can be deleted too. Since August 2026 each installation is given a player record on our server so that chips survive reinstalling the game; it holds no email address and no name you have not chosen. To delete it, open the Menu and tap Delete my data: the record is removed from our server and from your device at once, and the next time you open the game you are a new player. We cannot delete a guest record by email, and the reason is the point of it — the record holds nothing that identifies you, so there is no way for us to tell which one is yours. Uninstalling the game leaves the record in place until it is deleted this way.
Option 1 — delete it inside the game
This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Face32: Draw Poker.
- Open the Menu.
- Under ACCOUNT, tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with DELETE ACCOUNT. Your account is deleted straight away and you are returned to the game as a guest.
Your chips and progress are a separate thing, and a separate button.
Deleting the account does not touch them: you are returned to the game as a
guest, with the guest player record you had before you signed in. To erase
those as well, tap Delete my data — also under
ACCOUNT in the Menu.
Option 2 — ask us by email
Use this if you have already uninstalled the game, or cannot sign in.
- Send an email to info@shbstudiogames.com.
- Put Delete my Face32 account in the subject line.
- Send it from the email address you used to create the account, so that we can tell it is really yours. If you signed in with Google, that is the address on the Google account you chose. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, send it from the relay address Apple gave you, or tell us the date you created the account so we can find it.
We reply to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request. In practice it is usually done the same week. We do not charge for this and we do not ask you to give a reason.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes the entire account record we hold, which is:
- your email address;
- whether that address had been confirmed;
- your internal account identifier;
- the date the account was created.
That is the whole of the record — there is nothing else attached to it.
The deletion also reaches the sign-in service you used:
- If you signed up with an email address and password, your user is deleted at Auth0, our identity provider, so the password stored there goes with it.
- If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke the tokens Apple issued for Face32, so the app no longer has any standing permission from your Apple account.
- If you used Sign in with Google, there is nothing left anywhere else to remove: that sign-in goes straight from your phone to our server, so no account was ever created for you at any third party. You can also withdraw Face32's access from your Google account's third-party connections page at any time.
Deleting your account is permanent. We cannot restore it, and signing up again later creates a new, empty account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your chips, level and progress are not deleted by this, because they were never on our servers. They live on your device, they are not attached to your account, and deleting the game — or tapping Delete my data in the same screen — removes them. On Android, Google's own backup may still hold a copy, which you can remove from your Google account's backup settings.
- Purchase records are held by Apple and Google, not by us. We cannot delete them, and tax and consumer-protection law requires the stores to keep them. Their own policies govern how long.
- Camera and microphone — nothing to delete. A live table's picture and sound are relayed between the players and written nowhere, so no recording of you exists at any point.
- If you wrote to our support address, we keep that correspondence for up to 12 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete it.
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics cannot be tied back to you or to your account, and are retained by Google Firebase and by Meta under their own policies. We collect no crash reports.
